Please arrive at least 25 minutes before your scheduled reservation.Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour due to scheduled tours following yours.

Expect to get dirty. Mud, water, dust, and sand are all part of the experience.Protective gear is provided and required.
You may bring your own protective gear, but it must first be inspected and approved by a crew member. -

We offer a full refund if you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour.
No refunds are issued for:Cancellations within 48 hours

Missed tours due to personal scheduling or time management
We do our best to be accommodating, but timing policies must be respected.

Weather is monitored closely throughout the day.
Tours operate rain or shine, but if conditions become unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule your tour.If severe weather occurs during a tour, guides may end the ride early for safety.

All tours are guided at all times. No exceptions. -
Yes, but you must call ahead for approval and further instructions.
Personal machines are allowed only after evaluation and authorization due to safety and liability requirements. -
Per the waiver signed before the tour, guests are responsible for any damage they cause. Its is a $500 fee if your roll or flip the vehicle.
However, we strongly recommend purchasing our Damage Protection Plan for $39.99 per vehicle, which covers minor accidental damages up to $1,000 and significantly reduces financial liability.
Guests who decline the insurance will be required to place a $500 refundable security deposit hold per vehicle, which may be used toward repairs.
Failure to follow safety guidelines or reckless operation may result in the tour being ended early, without refund.
